Well, we made it back to Croatia today and we're all so glad to be back in our home. The girls immediately had a houseful of "new" toys they hadn't played with in 3 months. We had a relatively uneventful flight. The girls slept for some of it and we slept for little of it. We are all exhausted right now, but jet-lagged as well. Evidence of jet-lag? It's 1:48am right now...I'm on the computer writing on this blog, Lizzie is pretending to feed her babies a meal, and Bekah is doing laps pushing her stroller around yelling "Bye-bye!" to me every time she passes. Laura is sleeping (hopefully) and then maybe it'll be my turn. They should hit a wall here soon so we're not too worried about it. I guess this is just part of the price to pay for living overseas.
We are excited to be back, but miss seeing so many of our friends and family. We had a wonderful furlough and are so thankful for all the many ways you guys served us. We pray we were in some way able to bless you as well. We'll stay in touch. Unfortunately, there might be more late-night blog posts. :-)
